The Innovation Management Survey 2003, conducted by the Innovation Exchange at London Business School - with support from Imaginatik Research, and Kleindahl, a venture firm - studies the practices leading companies employ to balance innovation and incremental improvements. It looks at their current innovation performance, and the issues they consider most important for their future innovation activities. The survey also covers participants' use of third party services.
