March 2004: Idea Management Strategy Workshop - 5 May, 2004
BOSTON, MA (17 March, 2004). Imaginatik announces the launch of the Idea Management Strategy Workshop, taking place in Boston on Wednesday, 5 May 2004.
The objective of the strategy workshop is to help corporate innovators develop a comprehensive strategy and business plan for Idea Management initiatives. Planning activities cover executive sponsorship, internal communications and marketing, reward and recognition programs, organizational structure, and the evaluation process. The deliverable from the workshop will be the documentation necessary to present and implement an Idea Management program. Similar deliverables are typically only available from specialist consultants at a significantly higher price than this workshop.
The target attendees are people responsible for an Idea Management initiative, either planned or existing. Attendees from similar briefings include Director and Managers from Marketing, Business Development, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Corporate Strategy and HR.
The workshop will be led by Mark Turrell, CEO of Imaginatik. Mark has worked with over 300 companies on Idea Management initiatives in recent years, with companies such as Bayer, ChevronTexaco, Sun Life Financial and Wyeth.
