Imaginatik Announces Multi-Year Contract with Reed Elsevier

LONDON and BOSTON – 21 August 2008 – Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of collaborative innovation and problem-solving software and processes, announces the signing of a multi-year contract with Reed Elsevier plc, the world's leading provider of professional information and workflow solutions.

Imaginatik will provide Reed Elsevier with its core software, Idea Central, for a three year period. Idea Central will initially be utilized within the Elsevier Science and Technology division to enhance the generation and sharing of ideas both across and within divisions, and moving forward with key partners and customers.
