Case Study: Bayer MaterialScience
Bayer is a global chemicals and life science company. Imaginatik has worked with Bayer MaterialScience across the US, Europe and China.
Like W. R. Grace, they were very early adopters of the 'flash session' approach pioneered by W R Grace, and one of the first to trial so-called 'experiential events'. These initiatives combine on-line ideation and idea building with a physical experience: allowing an employee to touch a prototype, or feel a new material. In one case, the famous 'Back to School' event gave 500 employees the chance to explore a school bus as a springboard to generate product and research ideas for a client.
