Idea Central has been implemented in Bombardier Aerospace’s Belfast Division in 2008 as part of a program called IGNITE.

Over the course of the initial pilot period, 2,000 employees utilized Imaginatik’s software to focus on a variety of innovation processes, including product development and problem solving. As a result, the level of employee engagement achieved reached 40% across the division as a whole and as high as 90% in some specifically targeted areas.
