Their system, known internally as the Idea Garden, is a place to harvest, nurture and develop business ideas to drive growth and profitability. In CFO Magazine, they cited over $6 million in revenue from new product sales and over $200,000 savings from a single idea. Fast Company covered a special use which has since become a classic: using employees as a way of gathering and improving on customer ideas. This Customer Echo process has become a model used by many Imaginatik clients.
