Portal Module

The Portal Module serves as the central point of access for everybody who wants to find out about the innovation activities in the organization. It provides access to Idea Central events, news and background information on innovation initiatives, and links to creativity tools and training resources.

Easily configured without any technical expertise, the Portal Module integrates closely with Idea Central and Imaginatik's other modules.

Main Features

Access to all Idea Management initiatives: From this central place, participants are shown all Idea Management initiatives across the organization to which they have been given access.

Promote innovation across the enterprise: The Portal provides the tools for the sponsor to advertise major achievements, prizes and awards, and upcoming initiatives.

Access to innovation resources: The Portal provides a central point for creativity tools and innovation related content to help educate the organization. Links to internal and external information can be used.

Easily update information: The Portal has a sophisticated content management system that lets a non-technical business user manage the entire application and content without the need for a webmaster or web skills.

Extensive configuration: The Portal is configurable, allowing the choice of colors and logos, and the specific content layout to match the organization's style.

Integration with Idea Central and add-on modules: The Portal integrates directly with the core Idea Management products from Imaginatik. The points that participants have accumulated in the Rewards Module as well as access to their participation statistics, to the Idea Warehouse and the Orchid Module are featured directly on the portal.
