Rewards Module
An important part of motivating people to submit valuable ideas is the implementation of a good reward mechanism.
Rewards can be linked to the quality of submitted ideas or to different degrees of participation, in order to stimulate the desired employee involvement in each initiative. Using a point system allows for maximum flexibility concerning the type and the amount of the rewards given.
The Rewards Module provides a comprehensive system to efficiently manage the activities related to awarding points, and tracking account balances. This configurable module can be easily adapted to suit the different approaches of a company's employee reward program.
Main Features
Configurable rules: The module is easily configurable by the project leader or administrator to define the rules according to which participants will be awarded points. A wide range of rules can be defined to reward different types of contributions, including first idea submission, idea building, reviewing, and special bonus awards. Each event can follow its own rules.
Automated points allocation: Points are automatically allocated to each contributor for any activity in the system that meets the configured rules and triggers.
Manual points allocation: Points can be allocated manually to reward the exceptional qualitative aspects that are not covered in the automatic rules that have been set.
Points tracking: The Rewards Module keeps track of all the points that are awarded and exchanged over time. This allows participants to track the balance of their personal point accounts, while enabling administrators to manage the process efficiently.
Full integration: The Rewards Module integrates fully with Imaginatik's Idea Management solutions.
Benefits
Motivate participants: The Rewards Module motivates contributors by allowing them on a continuous basis to earn and track points that are awarded to them.
Efficiently manage rewards: The Rewards Module minimizes the administrative effort required to manage the process by automatically allocating points across Idea Central events, keeping track of the user's account balance, and automatically alerting administrators when configured thresholds have been reached.
Stimulate the desired participation: The administrator can define very specific rules that stimulate the desired types of behavior among participants. These rules allocate points automatically over night, without requiring any additional input.
