Idea Warehouse Module

The Idea Warehouse is a centralized knowledge repository for all ideas in your organization - from Idea Central events and other sources, such as brainstorming sessions - creating a valuable source of insight and inspiration. All ideas, comments and conclusions from past initiatives can be searched and accessed easily. The Warehouse also includes dynamic features in order to capture any potential new insights on the ideas. The module integrates fully with Idea Central.

Main Features

Transfer ideas from Idea Central initiatives: The Warehouse is populated with ideas from Idea Central events, thus ensuring that they are easily accessible in a central place even after the close of an event.

Search: The Warehouse includes a powerful full-text search engine as well as filter options, and allows users to find relevant submissions by keywords, categories and events. Results can be exported into a spreadsheet or a Word file.

My Space: Contributors can see all their archived submissions in a single place. They can also save searches and filters for reuse, and build up a favorites list from they can export lists of documents.

Categorized views: The Warehouse contains categorized views to make the task of browsing easier, letting users browse the different content areas, conclusions, and events.

Ongoing Collaboration: The Warehouse is open for comments and feedback, allowing people to develop ideas and share their experience across the organization.

Statistics: The Idea Warehouse provides statistics that allows a company to assess the success of its Idea Management activities across the organization.
