Innovation Process Design helps our customers design an appropriate innovation pipeline to turn "Ideas to Cash". This consulting may cover such services as executive interviews, benchmarking, and designing a custom process that combines Imaginatik's best practice methods with specific client needs.
Innovation and Idea Management Consulting covers the business and "soft" issues involved in deploying an Idea Management project. This includes such areas as rewards and recognition, and the configuration of our software and its look and feel. We offer project management as well as full- or part-time implementation services that augment your internal team, to support the entire program or run specific campaigns and events.
Training and Education develops the capabilities of your business sponsors, administrators and review team members. Our Greenbelt certification is delivered in cooperation with The Center for Innovation, Excellence and Leadership (IXL Center) at Hult International Business School.
Software Customization Services adapt our solutions to specific customer requirements, such as specialized submission and reporting templates.
