Training & Certification Classes

While Imaginatik's Idea Central software requires no end user training at all, the management of a successful innovation program needs to be based on a deep understanding of human behavior, a good knowledge of business processes and communication techniques, and the ability to efficiently use an enabling technology to support all of the above.

Based on our practical experience with a large number of client implementations, as well as on long-term research, we provide certification programs to help customers build up their internal competency for innovation and collaborative problem-solving activities.

Using a training method built on the model of Six-Sigma, we enable key individuals in your organization to master all the important aspects of managing innovation initiatives with the help of Imaginatik's Idea Central software.

Green Belt Certification

The Green Belt Certification enables the candidate to set up and run an innovation event with the help of Idea Central, based on best practice. It consists of two parts: administrator training provided by Imaginatik, and an innovation course offered by the IXL Center at Hult International Business School.

Besides providing the administrator training, Imaginatik will assist the student by giving feedback on two events prior to their launch, to ensure a successful outcome.

The training, hosted by the IXL Center, helps companies deliver an innovation strategy that is insightful, actionable and sustainable by focusing on three core courses:

  • Innovation Strategy: Where to innovate, and when
  • Innovation Process: How to innovate, and with whom
  • Innovation Discipline: Developing leadership, commitment, behavior, and culture metrics to make innovation real

A typical Green Belt professional will be in charge of the administration of Idea Central, supporting the business in running events previously defined in the framework of an overall innovation program. The individual will help the event sponsors in achieving the desired business objectives through Idea Central events.
