Boston, MA – Imaginatik, the leading innovation management company providing a full suite of consulting services and software platforms for today’s enterprises, today announced the appointment of two new executives. Both appointments are part of the ongoing development of Imaginatik’s ground-breaking products and services and add significant capabilities to power the company’s future success.
David Boghossian has joined Imaginatik as General Manager of the company’s software division. In this role, he will be responsible for running all aspects of Imaginatik’s software business and products strategy. David brings long-running experience as a founder, leader, and CEO of several start-ups and venture-backed companies. Among other roles, he founded, scaled, and sold PowerSteering software, now a public company.
David’s expertise in cloud and mobile applications, combined with his experience running growth-track software businesses, will be instrumental in Imaginatik’s forward-looking growth strategy and execution.

Kai Chuang has also joined Imaginatik as Chief Technology Officer. Kai will lead Imaginatik’s product and technology teams, working closely as a member of Imaginatik’s senior team to define and deliver current and next-generation product offerings.
Kai brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur and technology leader to the CTO role at Imaginatik, and has worked at leading innovative companies including Accenture, athenahealth, and Google.
